Ingredients with quantity detail :
2 medium sized chopped apple
2 tablespoon honey
200 -250 ml cold milk
2 tablespoon roasted oats
You can also add 2-3 icecubes
Instead of using roasted banana you can use 2 tablespoon hung curd or 1 banana
For garnishing :
1 tablespoon chia seed and chopped almonds and pistachio
Recipe :
Add all ingredients in blender,
Blend it ,
Serve it in glass or bowl and
garnish it with chopped nuts and chia seed.
