INGREDIENTS
2 cups Water, cold
2 cups Italian Kale, stems removed (substitute baby spinach)
2 cups Pineapple
2 Tablespoons Hemp Seed
2 Tablespoons Goji Berries
1 medium banana

DIRECTIONS
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth consistency.
2. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
