For Marinate
Chicken – 750 gms
curds – 1/2 cups
lemon – 1
turmeric powder – 1 tsp
salt – 1 tsp
for dry roast
pepper – 1 tsp
coriander seeds – 1 tsp
jeera – 1 tsp
fennel / somp – 1/2 tsp
poppy seeds / khuskhus – 1 tsp
small chilli – 6
byadege chilli – 2
cinnamon – 3
cloves – 6
cardamom – 3
star anise – 1/2
javitri / mace – 1
curry leaves – 6
coconut – 1 cup
oil – 2 tbsp
onion – 2 finley chopped
curry leaves – 10
ginger garlic pate – 2 tsp
tomato – 1 choped
kashmir chilli powder – 1 tbsp
salt as per taste
water – 1 cup
fried curry leaves few for garnishing
Serve with roti, rice chapathi , naan , kulcha
