ingredients
chicken–500gm
for chicken marination
ginger paste-1tsp
garlic paste-2 tsp
salt-to taste
chilli powder-1and 1/2 tsp
garam masala 1/2 tsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
oil-for frying
for gravy
for gravy
tomato sauce-1/2 cup
yogurt-1 cup
green chilli-3
butter-2tbs
coriander leaves-for garnish
red food colour-1/4 tsp
preparation
well marinate the chicken
with chilli powder
garam masala ,turmeric,
ginger garlic paste
and salt,keep aside for 30-60 mnts
heat oil in a pan
and deep fry the chicken
fry both sides till golden colour
chicken is ready
lets make gravy
in a pan add yogurt ,
tomato sauce,
red food colour,
and salt
mix well
keep in a medium flame,
when it starts to boil
add the fried chicken
and mix well and
keep it boiling for 3 mins
heat the 2tbs butter
and add 3 chopped
green chilli and
saute for 1 minute
add this in to the curry and mix well
add some coriander leaves
if you want more gravy
increase the amount of
yogurt and tomato sauce
