MANGO MOUSSE – EGGLESS:
Ingredients:
Mango pulp – 1 cup
Sugar – 2 tbl.spn
Fresh cream – 1 cup
Icing sugar – ¾ cup
China grass (chopped) – 1 cup
Water – 1 cup
Method:
Cut onions grass into fine pieces.
Soak in ½ cup of warm water for few minutes and grind to paste.
Heat a cup of water in a microwave oven for 1 or 2 minutes.
Add ground china grass and keep in micro powder- high for 100% for 6 minutes.
Add sugar to mango pulp and whip
Whip cream with powdered sugar until it turns fluffy.
Add mango pulp little by little, along with melted china grass side by side whipping steadily using electric heater.
Pour on a glass cup, chill and serve . Topped with diced mango piece.
