INGREDIENTS:-
1. Whipped Cream
2. Dark chocolate
3. Cocoa powder (Optional)

PROCEDURE:-
1. If you don’t have whipped cream, we make it using 1 cup Amul Fresh Cream. Then stir it for at least 15 minutes until you see soft peaks. Keep it in the fridge to let it cool
2. Boil 2-3 glasses of water in high flame
3. Take 100ml cream in a heat resistant bowl, keep the bowl over the boiling water
4. Add dark chocolates over the bowl
5. Turn the flame to medium, and mix the chocolates , until they all are completely melted
6. After they are melted, take the bowl out and let it cool for 5-10 minutes
7. Add cooled chocolate in portions in the chilled whipped cream
8. Keep stirring it continuously, after that keep it in the fridge for 3-4 hours
9. After that your chocolate mousse is ready to be served
10. You can add cocoa powder over the top to add flavor

NOTES:-
If you don’t have dark chocolate, you can use Dairy Milk
