Ingredients:
500-gm chicken breast
1 tbsp white vinegar
¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic
1 egg
3 tbsp corn starch
2 tbsp ap flour
½ tsp cooking oil
1 ½ tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp garlic
1 ½ tsp ginger
¾ cup onion petals
½ cup green bell pepper
½ cup red bell pepper
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 ½ tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 ½ tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp + ¼ cup cornstarch slurry
¼ tsp pepper
3-4 green chilies
½ cup water
½ tsp sugar
Instructions:
1. Cut up the chicken breast into bite size
2. Coat the chicken pieces with white vinegar, salt, pepper, ginger paste, garlic paste, whisked egg, corn starch, ap flour, and cooking oil
3. Deep fry the chicken pieces in cooking oil until brown for 7-8 minutes on medium high heat
4. Lightly stir fry onions and bell peppers in cooking oil
5. Add white vinegar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, ketchup, and cornstarch slurry
6. Add the fried chicken pieces along with green chilies, water, pepper, and sugar
7. Garnish with roasted sesame seeds
8. Ready to enjoy!
