Carrot – 1 No. Chopped
Few Beans – Chopped
Cabbage – 1 Cup Chopped
Chopped Capsicum

Boneless Chicken – 250 Gms

Chilli Sauce – 3 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/2tdMscS)
Honey – 1 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/31htvm1)
Brown Sugar – 1 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/376pRNl)
Chopped Peanuts
Spring Onions Whites
Spring Onion Greens
Cabbage Leaves

Chicken Cones
Method:
1. To a pan, add oil, garlic, ginger, green chillies and saute.
2. Add the carrot, beans, cabbage, capsicum and saute them on high flame.
3. Now season the vegetables with salt, pepper, chilli flakes.
4. Add the finely chopped boneless chicken and mix.
5. Now add soya sauce, chilli sauce, honey, brown sugar. Stir fry.
6. Add the peanuts for crunch.
7. To finish, add spring onion along with the greens.
8. Chop the cabbage head and remove the thick stem part.
9. Boil some water with salt. Stem the cabbage leaves in the bamboo steamer for 3 mins.
10. Roll the cabbage into cones, use a spring onion to keep the cone intact.
11. Fill the cabbage leaves with the chicken filling.
12. Chicken cones are ready to be served.
