ONION, CHOPPED – 1CUP
TOAMTO, CHOPPED – 1 SMALL
CURD – 1 & 1/2TBSP
DRY RED CHILLI – 2
GREEN CARDAMOM – 2PODS
BLACK CARDAMOM – 1POS
CINNAMON – 1 MEDIUM STICK
CLOVES – 2/3
NUTMEG POWDER – 1/6TSP OR A PINCH
RED CHILLI POWDER – AS PER TASTE/1TSP
CORIANDER POWDER – 1/2TSP
TURMERIC POWDER – 1/4TSP
SALT TO TASTE
MUSTARD OIL – 1 & 1/2TBSP
GARAM MASALA POWDER- OPTIONAL
