How to make Ramzan special #CarrotKheerRecipe rich and creamy sweetened dessert recipe made with carrots and full cream milk. it is generally served during the fasting season, but can be served for any special occasions and celebrations. it is simple and easy to make without any fuss and can be served warm or chilled with a topping of selected ice creams.

ingredients
Carrot – 300gms
Milk – 1liter
water
sugar – 1/4 cup
cardamom – 6
cashew nuts
Almond
Pista
Saffron Strands
Method :
– Firstly, take a Carrot peel the skin and cut into the large pieces and wash.
– now take Pressure cooker add into Carrot pieces and water . cook for 1 whistle.
– Carrot are cooked well.now transfer to the plate. cool completely.
– transfer to the mixi jar and grind into fine paste by adding little water.
– in a bowl, add milk and let it boil.
– once milk is boiled well. add pinch of saffron, now add the Carrot puree and mix well.
– let it boil for 10 minutes. keep flame on low.
– now add crushed Cardamom and mix well.
– also,add 1/4 cup and stir well .
– continue to boil for 5 minutes, or until milk thickness and turns creamy.
– finally Carrot Kheer is Ready to serve it warm or Chilled.
