Today I am making easy oven-baked barbecue chicken. I will also make a homemade barbecue sauce. The seasoning is a homemade bbq rub I make and included the recipe in my cookbook. This is a great way to make bbq chicken for dinner without having to grill outside. It’s easy and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
3 lbs chicken
1 Tbsp Mama’s Bbq Rub seasoning (recipe in the video)
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
SAUCE
1 cup ketchup
1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup honey or molasses
1 1/2 tsp reserved dry rub
