Hi guys! So I know how difficult it can be to incorporate greens (such as kale) into our diets, so I decided to upload this super quick & easy kale smoothie recipe using only 5 simple ingredients! The BEST part: you can barely taste the kale! I got the idea from Gwyneth Paltrow’s recipe book It’s All Good. I hope you all love it as much as I do!
Ingredients:
1 + 1/2 Cups Kale
1 Cup Milk (dairy or nondairy)
1 Frozen Banana
1 Tablespoon Almond Butter
1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
