First recipe:
Healthy breaded baked chicken
INGREDIENTS:
3 chicken breasts/ 2 pounds
150 g yellow mustard
6 oz. plain panko crumbs/ Japanese style bread crumbs
the seasongs for the bread crumbs;
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 tsp salt
3 tsp italian seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
1tsp garlic powder
3-4 tbsp vegetable oil
Second recipe:
Chicken Nuggets
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound ground chicken/ white or dark meat
salt and black pepper to taste
1 tbsp corn starch
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour+ another 3/4 cup
carbonated/ sparkling water
the seasoning for the flour:
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
