Chicken Tawa Fry presented here uses less oil and can be prepared in 20 minutes. It is loaded with flavors, is spicy and delicious. This is a very easy recipe and can be prepared by beginners as well. Since this is a dry curry recipe, it goes well as a snack too but make sure to use spice accordingly.

Ingredients:
1 lb of chicken
1 Tbsp of minced ginger
1 Tbsp of minced garlic
3 finely chopped green chilli
1/2 tsp of cumin seeds powder
1/2 tsp of fennel seeds powder
1 Tbsp of red chilli powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp of coriander powder
1/2 tsp of garam masala
1/2 tsp of pepper
1 Tbsp of yogurt
A few coriander leaves
A few mint leaves

Procedure:
– Add 2 Tbsp of oil to a pan on medium flame
– Add 1 Tbsp of minced ginger
– Add 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
– Add 4 finely chopped green chilli
– Saute for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
– Add 1 lb of chicken (We used boneless chicken but you can use either)
– Add salt to taste
– Mix
– Cover with lid and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes
– Add 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
– Add 1 Tbsp of red chilli powder
– Add 1/2 tsp of cumin powder
– Add 1 tsp of fennel seeds powder
– Add 1/2 tsp of pepper powder
– Add 1 tsp of coriander powder
– Add 1/2 tsp of garam masala
– Mix
– Add 1 Tbsp of yogurt (Can be replaced with one small tomato)
– Cook for 10 minutes
– Tawa Chicken Fry is ready
