Chicken Nuggets
Recipe In English:

Ingredients:
Bread Slices 3
Milk ½ Cup
Chicken Cubes 500 Gms
Salt 1 Tsp
Black Pepper ½ Tsp
Paprika ½ Tsp
Soy Sauce 1 Tsp
Garlic Powder ½ Tsp
Dried Parsley ½ Tsp
Egg 1
Bread Crumbs 1 Cup
Salt ¼ Tsp
Black Pepper 1 Pinch
Dried Parsley ½ Tsp
Flour ½ Cup
Chicken Powder ½ Tsp
Corn flour 1 Tbs
Egg 1
Oil For Frying

Directions:
1. In bowl, add shredded bread slices and milk, soak bread in milk and set aside
2. In food chopper, add chicken and chop it for 1-2 mins
3. Add soaked bread, chop little more
4. Add garlic powder, salt, paprika, black pepper powder, soy sauce, dried parsley, egg and chop it for 1-2 minutes.
5. Take out the mixture in a bowl and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes
Coating:
6. Take a bowl add flour, corn flour, chicken powder, mix and set aside
7. In another bowl, take breadcrumbs ,add black pepper, salt, dried parsley, mix and set aside
8. In a separate bowl, Take 1 egg and whisk it and set aside.
9. Grease your hands with oil properly, take chicken mixture (as per desired size) and shape it.
10. Coat in flour mixture, dip in beaten egg then coat in breadcrumbs.
11. Prepare all nuggets and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
12. At this stage, you can freeze nuggets for up to 30 days. Whenever you need to fry them take them out, thaw for 10 mins
13. Shallow or deep fry until nice golden color appear

Maida (Flour) ½ Cup

Tel Talnay Kliya

Directions:
• Bowl Mein Bread Slices Tor Ker Dal Dein, Doodh Shamil Ker K Is Ko Thori Dair Keliya Rakh Dein
• Chopper Mein Chicken shamil karke Chop Ker Lein 1-2minute Keliya, ab Is Mein Soaked Bread shamil karke mazeed blend karlain.
• Lehsan Powder, Namak, Paprika, Kali Mirch, Soy Sauce, Dried Parsley, Anda Shamil Ker K Mazeed 1-2 minute Keliya blend Ker Lein.
• Ab bowl main mixture nikal ke refrigerator Mein Rakh Dein 30-45 Minute Kliya
Coating tayar karne keliye:
• Bowl Mein Maida, Corn Flour, Chicken Powder Dal Ker Mix Kerain aur alihda karke rakhlain.
• Ek aur bowl len, us Mein Bread Crumbs, Kali Mirch, Namak, Dried Parsley Dal Ker Mix Kerke rakh dein.
• Ek anda alaihda bowl main phaint lain.
• Nugget banana keliye, ,haathon Ko Tel Sa Grease Ker Lein, Chicken Ka Mixture La Ker Is Ko Nugget Ki Shape Bana Lein. Pehle Maida Mein Coat karain phir Anday Mein Dip Ker Lein, akhir main Breadcrumbs Mein Coat Ker Ke sare mixture ke nuggets bana kar Refrigerate Ker Lein 30 Minute Kliya.
• Is stage pe aap nugget ko freez bhi karsakte hain baad main istemal karne keliye.
• Jab banana hon thori der freezer se nikal ke rakh lain phir halki aanch par fry kar lain.
