Ingredients
To make this creamy and super refreshing smoothie, you will need Strawberries, Blueberries, Milk, Yogurt, Vanilla Extract, and Honey.
Strawberry and Blueberries – Freeze the fresh berries overnight to use in the smoothie, or use the already frozen ones. Freezing the berries gives a nice creamy texture to your smoothies.
You can also add some raspberries to make it even more delicious.
Vanilla Extract – This is optional, but it does add a nice little hint of vanilla flavor, making the smoothie even more delicious.
Others – Just add in milk, yogurt, and some honey, blend it and your smoothie is ready. Use whichever milk or yogurt you fancy. Full fat, low fat, greek yogurt, vegan milk, and yogurt, everything works great here.
I have added honey to make it slightly sweet as both strawberries and blueberry, are low on sweetness and has a tangy taste.
