Turtle momos or turtle dumplings are simple dumplings made by kneading some of the dumpling dough with spinach juice. These are perfect for creative food decorations or even creative cooking idea for kids. Plus they are super healthy for picky eaters, as lots of spinach is used to extract the juice.

For the white dough:
1)all- purpose flour (maida) 1 cup
2)water 70-80 ml
For the green and black dough:
1)all-purpose flour (maida) 1 cup
2)juice from some green leaves 90 ml
3)some black food colour
For cooking the dumplings: a momo or dumpling steamer
