Here’s the recipe:
SAFFRON LEMONADE
1 ½ oz. (45ml) Saffron Infused Tequila
½ oz. (15ml) Yellow Chartreuse
¾ oz. (22ml) Lemon Juice
¾ oz. (22ml) Grapefruit Juice
½ oz. (15ml) Honey Syrup
2 dashes Orange Bitters
1 vile Birdseye Tincture
Garnish: Chamomile Buds
PREPARATION
1. Combine tequila, yellow chartreuse, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, honey syrup, orange bitters, and birdseye tincture in a shaker with ice and shake well.
2. Strain mix into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with chamomile buds.
