Pan Rolls are a delicious appetizer served at special/festive occasions. They are savoury crepes with a filling of either minced meat, vegetables or prawns. You could also use crumbled paneer, soya granules or minced mushrooms.

Ingredients:

For the filling:
250 g chicken mince
3 big onions, finely chopped
2 big tomatoes, finely chopped
5-6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
3-4 green chillies, finely chopped
1 sprig curry leaves/kadi patta (optional)
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/4 tsp turmeric/haldi powder
1/2 tsp chilli/lal mirch powder
1/2 tsp cumin/jeera powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp sugar
1/3 cup fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
2 tbsp oil
Salt, to taste

For the crepes:
1 cup maida/refined flour
1 egg
2 cups water
1/4 tsp salt or as per taste

1 egg + pinch of salt
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1 tbsp maida + water
Oil for shallow frying
