CHICKEN MANCHURIAN
INGREDIENTS:
FOR CHICKEN POPCORNS
Chicken 400 gram
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
White pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Soya sauce 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste or powder 1 tsp
Egg 1
Corn flour 1 tbsp
All purpose flour/Maida 1 tbsp
FOR MANCHURIAN SAUCE
Garlic cloves chopped 2
Sugar 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
White pepper 1/4 tsp
Chili sauce 1 tsp
Chicken cube 1 (optional)
White vinegar 1 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Ketchup 1/2 cup
Water 2 cup
Corn flour for gravy 3 tbsp
VEGETABLES
Onion 1 medium sized chopped
Capsicum 1 chopped
RECIPE:
FOR CHICKEN POPCORNS
Take 400 gm boneless chicken. Cut into cubes or small pieces.
Then add salt,black pepper,white pepper, soya sauce, vinegar, ginger Garlic Paste or powder in the chicken. Mix well.
Then add egg,corn flour and all purpose flour. Mix well and set aside for 30 minutes. Then fry the chicken pieces.
FOR MANCHURIAN SAUCE
Add oil in pan and chopped garlic cloves. Sot’ey it for 2 minutes.
Then add vegetables and fry for 2 minutes.
Then add black pepper,white pepper, vinegar,soya sauce, chicken cube. Mix them.
Then add chili sauce ,sugar, ketchup and mix them.
Then add 1-2 water and corn flour slurry ( corn flour + water ) slowly and make a thick gravy of your choice.
Then add chicken popcorns. Mix and cook for 2 minutes. Chicken Manchurian is ready. Serve with fried rice and Enjoy 🙂
