Mum Yum Recipes Presents Recipe of Kalakand (Milk Barfi) at home in few easy steps.

Ingredients:

200 gm Sweetened Condensed MilK
250 gm of Paneer (Mashed)
1 tbsp Milk Powder
2-3 Elaichi Powder

Preparation
Take a Bowl and add 200 gm Sweetened Condensed Milk, 250 gm of mashed Paneer and 1 Tbsp Milk Powder. and Mix it well.

Now Take and Pan and cook the above Mixture on medium heat and Mix it until it started leaving the sides of a Pan. Add Ealichi Powder and Mix Well.

Now Take a container or Thali and Greece it with oil that the Kalakand doesn’t Stick.and then Spread the Mixture in the Container.

Keep it aside for 15 to 20 Minutes to cool.
After 15 min. Cut Out the squares and your Kalakand is ready.
