Here’s the recipe:

THE WINTER BLAZER
1 ½ oz. (45ml) Aged Dark Rum
½ oz. (15ml) Grand Marnier
1 oz. (30ml) Hot Water
Dash overproof rum
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
2 dashes Orange Bitters
2 tsp Hazelnut/Pecan Syrup
Garnish: Cinnamon Stick/Orange Zest

PREPARATION
1. Pour hot water into two heat resistant mixing glasses and your serving glass to warm. Set aside.
2. Combine aged rum, Grand Marnier, hazelnut pecan syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass.
3. Pour out the water from the two mixing glasses and pour the mix + a dash overproof rum into one and 1 oz. of fresh hot water into the other.
4. Use a torch to carefully light the bottom of the glass holding the mix and slowly pour it into the one holding the hot water. Slowly roll between the two to mix.
5. Dump out the water from the serving glass and pour the mix in.
6. Express an orange peel and drop in along with a cinnamon stick for garnish.
