Ingredients and Method
Marination
500 grams Tikka cut boneless Chicken
1 tbspn Salt
2 tbspn ginger Garlic paste
2 tbspn lemon juice
1/2 cup curd
2 tbspn Kashmiri chilli powder
2 tbspn coriander powder
1 cumin powder
1 tbspn oil
Mix well and keep aside for 30 mins
Heat 2 tbspn oil
Add chicken pieces one by one
Cook on medium flame for 5 mins
Then flip the chicken cook again for 5 mins
Keep chicken aside
Masala preparation
Heat kadai add 4 tbspn oil
Add 2 finely chopped onion
Cook until brown
Add 1 tbspn ginger Garlic paste
Saute for 2 min
Then add tomato puree 1 cup
Cook for 2 to 3 min
Add 1 tbspn turmeric powder
1 tbspn coriander powder
1 tbspn cumin powder
1 tbsp red chili powder
Mix spices and cook
Add 1 cup water and cook until oil separates
Now place the chicken in skewers
Cook in gas flame for a mi to give smoky flavor
After oil separates in masala
Add salt as per taste
1 teaspoon garam masala
Add the chicken pieces
Mix well and add 1/2 cup fresh cream
Cover and cook for 2 mins only.
Add kasturi methi and coriander leaves
Serve hot and Enjoy ?
