These easy and simple almond flour snickerdoodle cookies are very healthy and only use 6 ingredients. I love them and have been making them for about 4 years now.
Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup honey
4 T coconut oil
1 T vanilla
In a small bowl mix equal parts cinnamon and brown sugar. I usually do about 2 tbsp of each.
Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients and roll them into balls in the cinnamon brown sugar mixture. Bake on 350 for 9 minutes. After time is up, let them sit on the baking sheet to cool for about 3 minutes. Serve with your favorite milk.
