1 kg chicken thigh, skin on
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup calamansi juice
1 tsp. ground black pepper
¼ cup minced garlic
½ cup brown sugar
½ tsp. salt
1 cup peanut butter (for the sauce)
– Braise for 10-15 minutes, uncovered.
– Save 3 cups of the simmering liquid, add 1 cup peanut butter
