Here’s the recipe:
FROZEN IRISH BANANA
2 oz. (60ml) Irish Cream
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Light Rum
2 oz. (60ml) Cream of Coconut
4 oz. (120ml) Half & Half
1 Frozen Banana
Ice
Garnish: Caramel Syrup/Coconut Flakes/Nutmeg
PREPARATION
1. Rim edge of serving glass with coconut flakes. Set aside.
2. Add ice, banana, irish cream, light rum, cream of coconut and half & half to blender and combine until smooth.
3. Garnish inside of glass with caramel and pour mix into prepared glass and garnish with nutmeg. Enjoy responsibly!
