Chicken Tikka Handi
Serves 4-5
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Paprika powder 1 tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Jaifil & Javatri powder (Nutmeg & Mace powder) ¼ tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 2 tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Chaat masala 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Simply Sufi Breast Fillets ½ kg
-Prepared spice mix 2 tbs
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Zarda ka rang (Yellow food color) ¼ tsp
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup (room temperature)
-Pyaz (Onion) grinded 1 medium
-Tomato puree 2 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 tsp or to taste
-Sufi cooking oil ¼ Cup
-Cheddar cheese grated 2 tbs (optional)
-Cream 1 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne
Directions:
-In bowl,add paprika powder,black pepper powder,garam masala powder,turmeric powder,salt,nutmeg & mace powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,chaat masala,garlic powder,mix well & set aside.
-Cut chicken fillets into cubes.
-In bowl,add chicken boneless cubes,2 tbs of prepared spice mix,lemon juice,yellow food color,mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
-In yogurt,add grinded onion,tomato puree,ginger garlic paste,red chili crushed and remaining spice mix,mix well & set aside.
-In pot,add sufi cooking oil,marinated chicken,mix well and cook for 10-12 minutes or until oil separates.
-Now add spiced yogurt and mix well,cover and cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes.
-Add cheddar cheese and mix well.
-Add cream and mix well,cover and simmer on low flame for 2 minutes.
-Garnish with fresh coriander and ginger & serve.

-Bowl mein paprika powder,kali mirch powder,garam masala powder,haldee powder,namak,jaifil & javatri powder,dhania powder,zeera powder,chaat masala aur lehsan powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Chicken fillets ko cubes mein cut ker lein.
-Bowl mein chicken boneless cubes,2 tbs tayyar spice mix,lemon juice aur zarda ka rang dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 30 minutes kliya marinte ker lein.
-Dahi mein grinded pyaz,tomato puree,adrak lehsan paste,lal mirch crushed aur remaining spice mix dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Pot mein sufi cooking oil aur marinated chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 10-12 minutes ya oil alag hunay tak paka lein.
-Ab spiced dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Cheddar cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Cream dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 2 minutes kliya dum per rakh dein.
-Hara dhania aur adrak sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
