1 banana (preferably frozen)
1 cup alfalfa or clover sprouts
1-2 dates (optional)
1 Tbsp chia, flax or hemp seeds
1 Tbsp maca powder (optional)
1 small piece fresh ginger, or 1/2 tsp ground
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1 1/2-2 cups water
