1/2 cup corn starch

1/2 cup chicken broth
3 tbsps low sodium soy sauce
5 tbsps white sugar
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1-2 tbsps minced garlic
1-2 tbsps vegetable oil
1 tbsp ginger
red pepper flakes
3-6 Arbol Chilis
