1 OR 2 AVOCADOS
1 TABLESPOON CACAO POWDER
4 SQUARES MELTED 80% DARK CHOCOLATE
1 1/2 TABLESPOON HONEY OR AGAVE SWEETNER
BLEND ALL TOGETHER THEN PUT IN A JAR OR WHAT EVER YOU HAVE AND PUT IN THE FRIDGE FOR 30 MINS – 1 HOUR TO FIRM OR EAT STRAIGHT AWAY IF YOU WANT A LIGHTER TEXTURE.
ADD WHOLEMEAL DIGESTIVE BISCUITS OR ANY HEALTHY VEGAN ALTERNATIVE FOR A CRUNCH AND TOP WITH ANY KIND OF FRUIT.
QUIONA BARS
1 CUP OATS
1/2 CUP QUIONA
1 TABLESPOON HONEY
MIX TOGETHER IN A SAUCEPAN THEN ADD ANY OTHER INGREDIENTS SUCH AS RAISONS, NUTS OR YOU CAN ADD DARK CHOCOLATE, CHERRIES.. ANY THAT YOU LIKE!
PUT IN A TRAY AND COOK AT 180 DEGREES FOR 10-15 MINUTES! THEN CUT INTO BARS OR TOP YOUR YOGURTS OR EAT AS CEREAL!
