2 BEATEN EGGS
1/2 CUP CORN FLOUR
1/4 CUP WATER
FRY ON MEDIUM HEAT – TILL GOLDEN & CRISPY

1/2 CUP FRESH ORANGE JUICE
4 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
2TBSP CORN FLOUR
1/2 CUP WATER
4TBSP OIL
1TBSP CHILLI FLAKES
1 FRESH CHILLI
ADD TO WOK
POUR ORANGE SAUCE
4TSP CHILLI SAUCE
