Okay so this is a salad I like to do at food shows. Its about showing the neutrality of our Real Mayo, showing that it takes on the flavour what your adding to it.
Basically what we have in here diced pineapple, melon, black seedless grapes and we are going to add Rich Sauces Real Mayonnaise
Work it in to give a really fruity creamy texture. This is more about showing how well the product seals and binds. TO finish then I am going to sprinkle some toasted coconut over the top and I would like the camera man to have a wee taste.
Pretty good, yeah
