? — A healthy easy fresh Guyabano Banana smoothie is good to you to keep your immune system in top condition especially this time of pandemic..
This recipe isn’t just a refreshing drink that cools you off but it has health benefits that even help cure cancer…. ❣️?

Ingredients:

2 cups of frozen guyabano or soursop pulp
2 large bananas ,sliced
1 cup low fat fresh milk
2 tbs chia seeds
2 tbs pure honey

Instructions:

Cut the soursop into half and remove the pulp and seeds by hand using a plastic gloves . Put in the freezer for atleast 4 hours until the fruit is solid

Place frozen guyabano or soursop , banana, milk and honey into blender and blend until it reaches a smooth consistency. Add in Chia seeds , stir and
mix well. Transfer to a serving glass. Serve cold. Share & enjoy! ??❤️
