Butter Chicken Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken – 400g, cut into 2-inches pieces
Thick Yoghurt (Dahi) – 1/2 cup
Lemon Juice – 3 tsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste – 3 tsp
Butter – 1 tsp
Onions – 2, finely chopped
Tomato Puree – 1 cup
Cashews – 10-12 pieces
Bay leaf – 1
Cinnamon – 1-inch piece
Black Elaichi (Cardamom) – 1, crushed
Cloves – 2
Green Elaichi (Cardamom) – 3
Jeera (Cumin) Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 1 tablespoon + 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Kasuri Methi – 1 tsp + for garnish
Water – 1/2 cup
Salt – 1.25 tsp, or as per taste
Cream – 1 tsp
Oil – 4 tsp
