Chicken Dynamite Bar

Ingredients:
Chicken minced 400 gram
Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
Green chilies (chopped) 1 tbsp
Green onion (chopped) 2-3 tbsp
Italian herb 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Bread crumbs 2/3 cup (Masako)
Mozzarella cheese as required
All-purpose flour 1 cup
Oil for frying
Eggs 3
Ketchup 1/4 cup
Sriracha sauce 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Vinegar 1/2 tbsp
Green coriander 1 tbsp
Lemon 1 tbsp
black sesame seed 1 tsp
METHOD
1. In a bowl add chicken mince, onion, green chilies, green onion, Italian herbs, salt, black pepper, white pepper, bread crumb and paprika. Mix all these ingredients until well combined.

2. Take small amount of chicken mixture on your palm, add cheese block on top, then place stick on it. Then add some more amount of chicken mixture on top and bind it by making bar shape.

3. Now coat them in flour, egg and then bread crumbs. Keep it in fridge for 15 to 20 minutes.

4. Then deep fry the bar until light golden brown.

METHOD FOR DIP DYNAMITE SAUCE (use Lurpark Butter)

1. In a bowl add ketchup, sriracha, Mayonnaise, vinegar, green coriander and lemon. Mix all these ingredients well and your sauce is ready.

2. Tasty chicken dynamite Bars are ready. Serve with dip and enjoy.

Crinkles Fish

Ingredient:
Fish fingers 400 gram
Salt ½ tsp
White pepper ¼ tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Paprika powder 2 tbsp
Plain flour ½ cup
Egg (whisked) 1
Samosa strips 1 cup
Oil for frying
METHOD
1. Marinate the fish fillets in lemon juice, salt, peppers, paprika powder
2. Coated with flour, then dip in the eggs coated with Manda patty strips and keep a side
3. Then deep fry the bar until light golden brown. Best serve hot with tartar sauce.

MIX FRUIT LASSI (Herbion)

INGREDIENTS:
Yogurt 1cup
Water 1cup
Sugar as required
Red syrup as required

METHOD
In a blender blend all and serve chilled.
