Spinach Watermelon Banana Smoothie | Green Smoothie Recipes


There are various greeen smoothie recipes you can try out. You can even get new flavours by changing or adding one more ingredient to the smoothie.
In this video I turbocharge the banana spinach smoothie by adding watermelon to the mix instead of the apple. The result is a refreshing, more fluidy smoothie with a bit darker green color.

– Spinach watermelon banana smoothie ingredients –
2 handful of spinach or baby spinach
2 medium size banana
2 cups of watermelon
Small amount of water for the blender to blend with

– Here is the spinach watermelon banana green smoothie recipe: –
1. Wash the spinach well. Peel the bananas.
2. Cut the watermelon to smaller cubes, remove the skin and all the seeds
3. Cut bananas into smaller sizes as well
4. Put all ingredients into the blender: bananas, watermelon, spinach (leave spinach for last, the blender will blend it more easily this way)
5. Add just enough water so the blades are underwater and the blender can work.
6. Use the ice crusher function on your blender until all the big chunk of fruits and greems are gone. (Turn on the ice crusher function for a second only each time.)
7. Use first a slower speed, then a faster speed on your blender to finish the smoothie. 30 second is more than enough to get a smooth texture.
8. Pour the smoothie into glasses and bon appetite!

Green smoothies (and fruit smoothies) are good for breakfast or when you need some energie in the day. If you drink (eat) them for breakfast add as much ingredients to the mix as you need to not be hungry in an hour.
