For marination:
Chicken – 1 kg
Yogurt (Dahi) – 1 cup
Black pepper powder – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp/to taste
For preparing korma:
Cashew (Kaju) – 10 pieces/ your
Almond (Badaam) – 10 pieces
Oil – 1/2 cup
Bay leaves (tej patta) – 2
Cinnamon stick (dal chini) – 1
Green cardamom (hari elaichi) – 5-6
Big Cardamom (badi elaichi) – 1
Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Chopped onions – 2 Medium-sized onions
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Green Chillies – 8-10
Whole Spices (garam masala) – 1/2 tsp
Fresh cream – 1/2 cup
Crushed Fenugreek (kasuri methi) – 1 tbsp
Water – 1 cup
