Brown Chicken With Mayo Sauce – The Golden Brown Chicken Thighs, Top with The Mayo Dipping Sauce. That’s perfect for chicken recipes.
The Ingredients :
3 Chicken Thighs
A halved, Onion
A Whole, Lime
3 cloves, Garlic
1/4 cup, Soy Sauce
1 tbsp, Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp, Chili Sauce Mild Hot
1/4 tsp, Salt
1/4 tsp, Black Pepper Powder
The Dipping Sauce :
2 tbsp, Mayonnaise Sauce
1 tbsp, Tomato Sauce
1 tbsp, Oyster Sauce
1/4 cup, Fresh Milk
2 cloves, Garlic
Method:
1. Rinse the chicken thighs to ensure it’s clean, then remove the bones.
2. In the mixing bowl, add the chicken thighs, onion, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili sauce mild hot, salt, black pepper powder and lime. Mix it well and Marinate for 1 hour.
3. Heat up the cooking oil in a pan, Fry the chicken thighs (skin-side) over medium heat until
golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Then fry the chicken thighs (flesh side) over low heat until
golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
4. Making the dipping sauce, add the mayonnaise sauce , tomato sauce, oyster sauce, fresh milk and garlic.
5. Serve with steamed rice and enjoy your meal!
