Crispy Chicken is a spicy chicken appetiser. You can eat it as is or as a side dish with fried rice or noodles.
Ingredients
Chicken leg pieces – 4 Nos
Curd – 2 spoon
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 spoon
Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 2 spoon
Pepper – 1 spoon
Maida – 3 cups
Ice Water
Bread Crumbs
Oil – as required
Salt – as required
Steps for Marinating Chicken
Take 4 pieces of Chicken add Curd, Ginger-Garlic Paste, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Maida and Salt
Mix it well
cover it and set it aside for 20 – 30 mins
Method
Heat up a wide sauce pan and add oil and heat it
Take the marinated chicken dip with maida-pepper flour, ice water and repeat the process for 2 – 3 times and then dip it with bread crumbs
Deep roast them
cook for 2 – 3 mins
