Chicken Angara is a dish that is made on special occasions in India and its neighboring countries. In this recipe, charcoal smoke is infused into the marinated chicken to give a smokey flavor. in this video, I am preparing Chicken Angara with some add-ons to enhance its flavor. So let’s get started with Chicken Angara in my style.

Ingredients:
A few Applewood chips, 500 grams of chicken,2 medium-sized Fried onions, Approx 200 grams of ground tomato, 200 grams of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric, 1/2 tablespoon of coriander powder, 1/2 tablespoon of Garam Masala, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, salt as per taste, 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste, 1 tablespoon of Kasoori Methi( dry fenugreek leaves), 2 pieces of wood charcoals, 1-2 tablespoons of Desi ghee, 1/4 cup of mustard oil, 1 bay leaf, 1 piece of cinnamon, 1 black cardamom, 12-15 peppercorns, 4-6 cloves, 1/4 teaspoon of cumin seeds, a few chopped coriander leaves to garnish, a few pieces of whole red chili, 1 pinch of cumin seeds, 1 pinch of fenugreek seeds, 1 pinch of fennel seeds, 1 pinch of mustard seeds.
