Onions – 2 large nos
Garlic- 2 teaspoon
Ginger- 2teaspoon
Tomoto – 2 nos

In a kadai, heat the oil. When oil is hot, add the sliced onions, curry leaves, and salt. Adding salt helps the onion to get cooked fast.Saute the onions until it is lightly brown in color. Add ginger and garlic, saute well. At this stage add
Kashmiri chilli- 2 teaspoon
Coriander powder- 2 teaspoon
Garam masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Add the tomatoes and saute for 5 minutes.
Then add the chicken and mix well. Close the lid and cook for 30 minutes. Don’t forget saute inbetween and make the burner into medium flame. Add some chopped pototo after 15 minutes. If water is not sufficient enough you can add hot water depending upon the consistency you want.
