Mawa Modak Dessert Recipe made on auspicious day of ganesh chaturthi festival. Modak dessert recipe is been made as it is very dear to lord ganesh.
Traditionally it is made of rice flour with filling of dry fruits but today we are using mawa (khoya) for making modak as it is very easy and quickly created. This mawa modak recipe is coated with coconut powder to give it a delicious taste.

– 50 gm Dry Coconut Powder
– 150 gm Bura (sugar powder)
– 2 tsp Green Cardamom
