Ingredients
To Make Chicken Filling
Chicken – 1/2 Kg
A Pinch Of Turmeric Powder
Salt
Pepper
Water
Oil – 3 Tsp
Garlic – 1 Tbsp Finely Chopped
Ginger – 1 Tbsp Finely Chopped
Green Chilli – 2 Nos Chopped
Onion – 1 No Finely Chopped
Capsicum Finely Chopped
Chilli Powder – 1 1/2 Tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 Tsp
Garam Masala – 1 Tsp
Spring Onion
Chopped Coriander Leaves
To Make Chicken Bread Rolls

Egg – 2 Nos
Bread Crumbs
Chicken Filling
Oil For Deep Frying
Method:
1. Take the cleaned chicken in a pressure cooker and add salt, turmeric and pepper powder to it along with some water.
2. Close the lid and cook the chicken for 3-4 whistles on a medium flame.
3. Now let the chicken cool down completely and separate it from the chicken stock.
4. Keep the chicken stock in a bowl aside and shred the chicken pieces.
5. For the filling, take oil in a wide pan and add the chopped garlic, ginger and green chilies.
6. Saute for for about 30 seconds and add the onions along with the capsicum.
7. Saute them for 2-3 mins and then add salt, red chili powder, Coriander Powder, cumin powder and garam masala powder.
8. Mix well and add the shredded chicken pieces.
9. Mix and saute for a few seconds and then 2 tbsp of the chicken stock.
10. Make sure the chicken filling becomes nice and dry.
11. Then add the chopped spring onions whites and greens. Give it all a quick mix.
12. Cook for a few mins on a medium flame and finally add the chopped coriander leaves.
13. Keep this filling aside. Crack open an egg and whisk it well in a bowl for egg wash and keep some bread crumbs in a plate.
14. Cut off the edges of a bread slice, dip it in water on both the sides and keep the filling in the center.
15. Cover the filling with bread slice taken from all sides and make it into a bullet as shown in the video.
16. Now dip this bullet in the egg wash fully and coat it with bread crumbs. Prepare all the rolls in the same way and keep them aside.
17. Heat some oil in a wide kadai on a medium flame and gently drop in the prepared rolls.
18. Fry them until they are brown on all sides.
19. Remove them from the kadai and transfer to a plate.
20. Chicken Bread Rolls are ready to be served hot along with some Mayo or Ketchup by the side.
