CHICKEN MANDI:

INGREDIENTS:
1 kg chicken
For spice paste:
2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp peppercorns
3 green chillies
2 tbsp ginger garlic
For chicken:
1 tbsp ghee
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp Garam masala
3 tbsp spice paste
Salt
To fry chicken:
2 tsp spice paste
! Tsp baharat spice
1 tsp red chilli powder
Salt
Lemon
For rice:
2 cups rice
4 cups water
1 chicken stock cube
A pinch of saffron
Salt
For tomato sauce:
2 large tomatoes
1 medium onion
4 dried red chillies
Salt
Mustard seeds
Curry leaves
Coconut oil
