INGREDIENTS
½ pcs red cabbage
1 pcs carrot
250 g of corn (canned)
50 gr parsley
½ pcs fresh red, green, yellow pepper
½ pcs onion
300 g radish
½ pcs lemon
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika (powder)
COOKING METHOD
1. Finely chop cabbage, onion, pepper and transfer to a large bowl.
2. Grate the carrot and mix with cabbage. Add finely chopped radish and parsley.
3. Add marinated corn.
4. Season with salt, red pepper powder.
5. Squeeze half of the lemon on the salad and add olive oil.
6. After which all mix well and you can serve.
