2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon Shaoxing cooking wine
1 tablespoon honey
¼ teaspoon ground white pepper
¼ teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon black vinegar
Marinate 1 lb chicken wings for at least 30 minutes
Air fry at 350°F for 15 minutes
Flip chicken then air fried for another 15 minutes
