CHOCOLATE AND BISCUIT LAYERED DESSERT
Ingredients for 1st Layer
Plain biscuits as required
Milk 1 cup (to soak)
Ingredients for Chocolate Layer
Chocolate spread 1 cup
Cream 1 cup
Ingredients for Pudding Layer
Egg pudding (cooked as per instruction and cooled at room temperature) 2 packets
Philadelphia cream cheese 1 tin
Condensed milk ½ tin
Whipping cream 1 cup
Ingredients for 4th Layer
Sweet biscuits as required
Milk as required (to soak)
Ingredients for Final Layer
Biscuit spread 1 cup
Warm milk ¼ cup
Cream ½ cup
Ingredients for Topping
Any chocolate crushed as required
Chocolate spread to drizzle on top
METHOD
Cook pudding, once it begins to set, add condensed milk, cream cheese, cream, beat till smooth, spread a layer of plain biscuits in a dish, sprinkle milk to soak, melt together chocolate spread and cream, spread a layer of chocolate spread cream on biscuits, pour half the pudding mixture on it spread a layer of sweet biscuits on it, sprinkle with milk, spread with remaining pudding, cover with a layer of lotus, mix with milk, sprinkle crushed sweet cookies on top or any chocolate, serve chilled.

QEEMA METHI
Ingredients
Chicken mince ½ kg
Oil ½ cup
Mixed whole spices 1 tbsp
Onion chopped 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 ½ tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chili powder 2 tsp
Roasted and crushed cumin 1 ½ tsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Fenugreek leaves chopped 4 small bunches
METHOD
Heat oil, add whole spices, onions, fry till light golden, add ginger garlic paste, fry for a min, add mince with all the seasonings with whipped yogurt and fenugreek leaves, cover and cook till mince tender and oil floats on top, serve with roti.

CREAMY CORN CHICKEN
Ingredients
Chicken 1 kg 16 pcs
Yogurt 1 cup
Green chilies 6 grounded
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Tomatoes 3 blended and sieved
Sweet corn 1 tin
Cream 200 gm
Milk 1 cup
Coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
METHOD
Marinate chicken with yogurt, green chilies grounded, ginger garlic paste, tomato puree, salt and pepper, keep it for 30 mins, now cook in a pan till chicken is tender and water has dried, grind half can of corn along with quarter bunch of coriander, add cream and add to the chicken, mix all together for 5 mins, add the remaining corn, mix garnished with chopped coriander leaves, serve with dinner rolls.
