Hi, in this video I’m sharing my recipe for a pineapple, spinach and ginger smoothie. This healthy green smoothie recipe is easy to make and really refreshing, it’s a great summer smoothie…though I enjoy it all year round!
This smoothie is dairy free as I use a dairy free milk, however if you don’t like using milk in smoothies you can swap the milk for water, coconut water or your preferred liquid.

*Pineapple, Spinach & Ginger Smoothie*
Ingredients
1 cup dairy free milk
1 Tbsp. hulled hemp seeds
1 Tbsp. collagen (this is optional, you can also add a protein powder if you prefer)
1 tsp. finely grated ginger (add more if you prefer more heat)
1 small ripe banana
2 large handfuls washed spinach
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/4 courgette, sliced & frozen (approx)
How to make
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
Serve & enjoy!
