Chef Priyanka will guide you to make a perfect cake buffet, which will help you win the hearts of your guest. So go ahead and make easy to make and tempting Cake Buffet
Ingredients
For Vanilla Sponge
– 200gms of Regular Flour
-1tsp of baking powder
-½ tsp of baking soda
-200gms of condensed milk
– 160gms of melted unsalted butter
– 1tsp of vanilla
– 100ml of plain milk
Flavors
-Cherry
-Blueberry
-Orange
-Rose
-Chocolate
Method:
– Add regular flour, baking powder and baking soda and mix them well
– Add condensed milk, unsalted butter, vanilla, plain milk
– Mix both the wet and dry ingredients
– Add the mixture in the piping bag and put It in molds, tap it lightly to maintain a same size
– Bake at 175 Celsius for 25 minutes
– De mold the cake
– Cut the top part of Cake
– In all the flavors add little water
– dip the cake in the syrup, once the cake is dipped properly, keep the cake aside and let the excess syrup dry out
