Ingredients:
2 Litre Milk
1 Cup Sugar
4 tbsp Milk Masala
Dry Fruits for garnishing
Method:
– In a large pan boil the milk.
– Add sugar & milk masala. Mix well.
– Keep stirring till the milk reduces to half of its original quantity.
– Once it becomes thick, Basundi is ready. Switch of the flame.
– Garnish it with chopped dry fruits & serve with soft Puri.
